Chris leads New North, particularly its strategy and Investment Committee.  He’s the principal contact for investors.

Chris is a founder of Capital Law.  He has been a commercial lawyer for over 40 years, working on disputes of all types, particularly between people owning, operating or working in businesses and other organisations.  Chris was a Judge for eight years dealing with employment cases.

Chris has led teams running funded claims since the origins of litigation funding in the UK.

In the 2017 New Year’s Honour’s list, Chris received an OBE for services to Businesses and Economic Development in Wales.

Since Chris co-founded Capital Law in 2006, it has grown to nearly 250 employees with a turnover of £23 million.
